- ‘Cash at appointment’ arrangements may require a bank deposit to secure booking.
- Cancellation of booking 12 hours before scheduled appointment incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation of booking on the day it is scheduled for incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
- For group (3+ people) bookings there is a booking fee of $10 per person.
- For group bookings, the contact person will be invoiced by email and payment needs to be made in full prior to the date of treatments
- We do offer mobile service in the remote end of Waiheke (Poderi Crisci and further East), this may attract additional fees. Please enquire.
